TERMS and CONDITIONS for STICKER LABEL, CARDS, AND FLYERS ORDER

Our Sheet size is 0.5meters x 1.2meters

We only print ONE DESIGN, ONE SIZE per sheet.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

3 sheets (3 sheets of one design or 3 designs at one sheet per design)

DESIGN FILE

For best results, we require sized and high-resolution image files ideally is layered PSD file format, Image Resolution must be (300px), color scheme should be set as CMYK. If you are using CANVA, please make sure to send us the TEMPLATE LINK or the PDF Print (Color Profile must be set to CMYK). You may provide us with an unsized lower resolution image, but ADDVENTURE PRINTS shall not be responsible for any WARPING, STRETCHING, DISCOLORATION, PIXELATED PRINT due to low quality image.

PAYMENT

You must make a FULL PAYMENT based on the email quotation we provide you after submitting your order form. Proof of full payment must be emailed as a reply to our email quotation to trigger our order process. No order will be started without confirmation of payment.

TURN AROUND TIME

We have 5 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) turn around time to, layout your design, print, cure (dry), cut, and package your order.

DELIVERY

PICK-UP is NOT ALLOWED (please help us protect our staff from the pandemic) Blitz delivery is our only courier partner within METRO MANILA. J&T is our courier partner for all orders outside of METRO MANILA.
